The JVS Validator has been designed and written in-house by a team who have between them appraised, thousands of post loss claims on behalf of insurers. Validator is a highly sophisticated online jewellery and watch validation tool. It has a direct feed into over 150 brands of watch which it can price instantly. Also within the system it can value millions of combinations of diamond and gem-set jewellery. It also has within the system, the prices for branded jewellery such as Pandora, Hot Diamonds and Thomas Sabo to name a few. Therefore, anyone without this knowledge will inevitably have to research ever-changing prices from catalogues and on-line. We believe customers and insurers deserve to have access to the very best systems.
Gold prices are kept current and updated to pinpoint accuracy by a gold price fix facility which automatically adjusts prices on a daily basis.
Within the system we have the price for every single diamond size up to 5.00 carats in all shapes, cuts, sizes and qualities. This is a phenomenal step forward which is totally unprecedented and world class.
Validator will also validate Asian jewellery claims based on the weight and five other criteria depending on the all the different prices charged for the labour and manufacturing costs. From plain bangles, to Kundan wax-filled designs. The speed and accuracy this will provide enables JVS to report back within two hours of receipt of approved documentation.
All of this enables Validator to perform its function to validate claims with total uniformity and accuracy.
All conversations are tabulated and entered onto the system for easy recall and system driven so that all the right questions are answered.
